hd44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds until the process is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

hd44 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any term in this agreement, including participation in prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or activity that hd44 reasonably believes poses a legal or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method used, subject to completed identity verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

hd44 provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. hd44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, data, or profits.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by applicable law, hd44's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
